Opposite Hesperia Park, near the opera house, this is a chic, solid hotel, smoothly run and well-maintained. Built in 1975, this hotel is Helsinki's largest, a nine-story building that also serves as a stop for the airport shuttle.
There is a large health club in the hotel where you can treat yourself to a massage. The relaxation area includes separate male and female saunas, and is next to the heated rooftop pool.
All areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, feature complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access, and those without laptops are pleased with computer stations in the lobby.
