Byli jsme s dcerou celkově velmi spokojeni s celým pobytem v Helsinkách a rovněž s kvalitou a službami v Hotelu. Drobné problémy spojené s výměnou pokoje nenarušily celkovou pohodu. Personál byl ochotný poradit při hledání zajímavých míst ve městě, vyřešil technické problémy.
